Step 1.
Offer
If you have received a letter from us and you would like to discuss the offer, please call or email us.
If you have not received a letter from us, but you would like to sell your land, please call or email us. We will send you an offer upon review.
Step 2.
Purchase Agreement
Once you accept our offer, you can take a picture or scan the signed Agreement back to our email/text or you can mail to our address.
Step 3.
Title Company
Once your signed Agreement is received by us, we will begin our title inspection on the property. We work with established title companies that will review the title and help arrange with the closing. All we require from you is a few signatures. There is no need to travel to complete the sale in person. We will organize everything for you.
Step 4
Closing
Once title examination is cleared, a title professional will prepare the documents for you to sign, notarize, and return back to them. Once they receive the signed and notarized documents, they will release the agreed upon funds and you get paid!
